Learning & Development Experience

Through my 20+ years’ experience in learning and development, I have worked with clients to bring their strategic goals to life through learning and development.

I have designed and developed online and blended learning, including interactive scenarios, software simulations, and assessments. With a formal background in instructional design, I use the ADDIE approach to align course content to performance-based objectives. Additionally, I’ve managed development of online courses, from inception to launch.
